Tina Dixon is owner of Plants a la Cart, a design, installation and maintenance service specializing in exterior container gardens. She has been a certified Environmental Horticulturist since 1987, and is a member of the Lake Washington Technical College Environmental Horticulture Advisory Board and the Northwest Perennial Alliance Board. She was named the “Best New Container Garden Designer” by Sunset Magazine in 1999, and has been a garden creator at the NW Flower & Garden Show in 1998 and 2002.
