Kathy Brenzel is Senior Garden Editor of Sunset Magazine, and editor of the Sunset Western Garden Book.  In between those responsibilities, she has also edited Sunset’s Outdoor Living and Garden Makeovers “bookazines,” and regional gardening books such as Gardening in the Northwest.  She has written articles on a wide variety of subjects, including insectary gardens at Benziger Winery and the June, 2005 cover article on ‘Sonoma Garden Style.’  She is a regular contributor of garden tips on HGTV and served for a season as West Coast Hostess of the ‘Victory Garden’ series for public television.  She’s presently editing a new edition of Sunset’s Western Landscaping Book, due out in January 2006.  Website: www.sunset.com.
