Carolyn Jones

Carolyn Jones is the Director and Curator of the Elisabeth Carey Miller Botanical Garden and also the Great Plant Picks Program.  Before coming to the Seattle area two years ago, Jones was a Horticulturist at the Van Dusen Botanical Garden in Vancouver, B.C.  She is the author of two books, Bedding Plants (Whitecap Books, 1991) and Perennials (Whitecap Books, 1991).  She received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Simon Fraser University in B.C.   For over 30 years she has been on the horticulture scene, with many media appearances and articles in print.  Website – www.greatplantpicks.org
