Creating Spaces: A Landscape Architect’s Approach to Garden Design
Thursday, February 9 at 3:30 pm in the Hood Room
Many people will look out on their property and have a sense of what they want in a garden, but not know how to go about clearly defining what they want, or how to achieve it. The seminar explores how landscape architects are trained to approach garden creation; how they can translate a client’s dreams and desires into realistic, livable spaces. You will see how outdoor spaces can be defined, with many historical and modern examples of gardens that help illustrate the concepts of garden design.
